a. Information collected automatically (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and similar technologies. It may collect:

  • device, browser and operating system type
  • how you reached the Site (for example, a search engine or another website)

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, according to Google. We use this information in summary form to improve the Site.

b. Information you give us directly. If you call us at (310) 276-5076, email info@mailboxestimes.com, or visit the store, we receive whatever you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address and what you need help with. Information you provide in the store for services (for example, mailbox rental, which requires USPS Form 1583 and identification, or notary services) is handled as part of those services and as required by law. c. Information from embedded and linked services.

  • Google Maps: our Contact and Home pages embed a Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information (such as your IP address) and set cookies under Google's own policies.
  • Social and review sites: links to Google, Yelp, Instagram and Facebook take you to those sites, which collect information under their own policies. We don't control them.
  • Website host: the Site is hosted by Squarespace, which may process technical data (such as IP addresses and essential cookies) to operate and secure the Site. See Squarespace's privacy policy.
