What to bring (USPS PS Form 1583 rules)
Two current (not expired) IDs for each person receiving mail at the box:
- One photo ID: U.S. driver's license or state ID, U.S. or foreign passport, U.S. Permanent Resident Card, certificate of citizenship or naturalization, Uniformed Service ID, U.S. Access/PIV/CAC card, Matricula Consular, or NEXUS card.
- One ID with your address: current lease, mortgage or deed of trust, voter or vehicle registration card, or home or vehicle insurance policy.
Not accepted: Social Security cards, birth certificates, credit cards, digital IDs. (Source: usps.com)
